Our founders spent over two decades in Napa Valley, immersed in the world of wine. One concept stood out: élevage—a French term meaning “raising.” In winemaking, élevage refers to the careful, deliberate process of nurturing grape juice into fine wine. It’s a blend of art and science, requiring patience, precision, and purpose.
